I’m looking for a self-starting, detail-oriented assistant to support me across my business Inner Tide as well as the incredible array of founders, creators, and visionaries I work with.

This is an entry-level position with real potential to grow—you’ll be exposed to a wide range of tools, strategies, and creative ecosystems.

What You'll Bring:

• Clear writing and editing skills

• Would LOVE someone who has a knack for socials, I’m not talking about 2018 strategy, someone who either knows what’s currently happening or is willing/able to figure it out—the main platforms you will work with are Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

• A desire to learn and grow in real-world business environments

• Curiosity about entrepreneurship, systems thinking, and content strategy, marketing and business building in several industries

• A proactive spirit - truly the more we find a flow & create, the more opportunity and responsibility will be possible for you.

Primary Tasks You’ll Be Supporting:

• General admin and correspondence

• Podcast editing, captioning, and publishing

• Social media content creation, scheduling, and posting

• Cutting long-form content (podcasts, Substack, and newsletters) into short-form clips & repurposing content across platforms

• Engaging on Instagram, Substack, and Tiktok

• Creating and implementing Pinterest, TikTok, and funnel strategies

• Assisting with systems development, creative thinking, and innovation across multiple businesses

This role with work with me directly, but you’ll touch many projects with several other founders and creators.

Ideal For:

• A recent grad or early-career professional looking to get hands-on experience in online business, coaching, content creation, marketing, and business building

• Someone who wants to learn how to actually run multiple businesses behind the scenes

• A quick learner who’s excited to contribute and bring creative ideas to life

📍Location: Los Angeles area strongly preferred!! Ideally, as this role grows, there will be some in-person sessions/times we work together IRL. However, remote is possible - really looking for the right fit so shoot your shot.

🕒 Start Date: Flexible, but looking to start early August
💼 Hours: 3 hours (ish) per week right away, would love for this to grow asap
💸 Compensation: DOE (dependent on experience) - this is an entry-level position
